Terms of Agreement:
- Benefit Organization must be a 501(c)3 and meet our Philanthropy Priority Guidelines.
- Benefit Organization will receive 10% of food sales received from fliers turned in on date of chosen event.
- Tax & Gratuity will not be included in the sales numbers.
- Benefit Organization must submit request for event 6-8 weeks in advance for approval.
- Check will be distributed no earlier than 15 days after the event and no later than 60 days after the event.
- Benefit Organization will receive rights to use restaurant logo. All logo usage must be approved by the Carolina Ale House Marketing Team.
- Benefit Organization will be responsible for promoting the event to their supporters. Benefit Organization will provide Carolina Ale House with a list of ways they will promote the event.
- Benefit Organization will be responsible for providing their supporters a flier that must be turned in day of event to count towards sales.
- Carolina Ale House will receive rights to use Benefit Organization logo. All logo usage must be approved by the Benefit Organization.
- Carolina Ale House will be responsible for promoting the event to their guests via Facebook, Welcome Message on Black Board & Daily Specials Sheet for the day of the event (this could be superseded by corporate required messaging), targeted eBlast & text messaging where available.
