One of our family's favorite restaurants. Very consistent with their quality. Great burgers, great salads, even really good fish and chips. Drinks from the bar are always well-made and they don't skimp on the alcohol. The only trouble is they can get very busy and you may spend some time waiting. We thinks it's worth it. I’m writing to you to show my high satisfaction with the Carolina Ale House in Weston. My friend Jen and I went to watch the Dolphin’s game and had an absolutely great time. My wife and I hosted a surprise retirement party for her Uncle this past Saturday evening at the Carolina Ale House in Fayetteville, NC. We were in the private room, had about 40 folks or so for a couple of hours. Mark and his crew did a wonderful job, the food and service were great, everyone had an excellent time.
